To help our non Spanish-speaking audience members understand the show better, we strive to make our costumes look as recognizable as possible. To that extent, below are some ideas for costumes. At this point, each family is responsible for getting their child/children's costume(s), unless I have noted otherwise. If anyone has costumes that could be shared, please contact the parent of the child who needs the costume. By working together, we can avoid having to make or purchase a lot of costumes.
Anna L/Sam/Eleanor/Crew - black pants and shirt
3 visitantes - Dorothy, Tinman, Scarecrow; 3 fairy godmothers; your choice-maybe something related to your song; clothes to wear to a birthday party-maybe something matching?
Litte Red Riding Hood - red cape with hood or red sweatshirt; red top, dark bottom-skirt or pants
Goldilocks - clothes similar to Little Red, but not red
Madre - regular clothes; apron (can be supplied by Drama Club)
Wolves - (costumes supplied by Drama Club)
Cinderella - dress similar to traditional character
Fairy Godmother - dress similar to traditional character
Rapunzel - dress similar to traditional character
Snow White - dress similar to traditional character
Mother Goose - dress similar to traditional character
Bo Peep - dress similar to traditional character, (shepherd's crook supplied by Drama Club)
Sleeping Beauty - dress similar to traditional character
Alice from Wonderland - dress similar to traditional character
7 Dwarfs - black, blue, or gray pants (hats and shirts supplied by Drama Club)
5 Pigs - How do you want to look? (ears and noses supplied by Drama Club)
Hansel - jeans and plain t-shirt, (vest supplied by Drama Club)
Gretel - simple, knee-length dress
3 Bears - black pants or skirts, white top, black vests - like waiters, black shoes (ears supplied by Drama Club, vests could be supplied by Drama Club)
Margarita, Gertrudis, Filomena - Think big and bright!- skirts, scarves, shoes, purses, wigs...have fun with these costumes!
Juan - lab coat, dark pants, button-up shirt, glasses if you'd like
Juan's mother - simple dress, sweater, apron (can be supplied by Drama Club)
Old MacDonald - jeans and flannel shirt or overalls, hat or cap with a bill
Jane & Jill - skirts and simple tops; matching if you'd like; rollerskates
Príncipe Felipe - dark dress pants, white button-up shirt, (crown and tunic supplied by Drama Club)
Shoe kids & Tía Mónica - regular clothes
Mrs. Shoe - long skirt and apron, sweater
Granny - party clothes under a bathrobe, Wolf costume parts (supplied by Drama Club)
